I had high hopes when I booked this hotel online, thinking I was getting a good deal. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The rooms were much smaller than expected, and the loud noise made it hard to relax. To top it off, I was hit with an unexpected bill at checkout despite showing proof of payment. The only bright side was the free Wi-Fi, which was a small comfort during a frustrating stay.
